Above mentioned rates are: 1. Quoted rates are in Qatari Riyals and are based on single and double occupancy per room per night, on a room only basis. 2. Above quoted room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax 3. Group Rates are applicable for above-mentioned dates only. 4. Check-in time is 15:00 hrs, and should early check-in be required, booking a day prior is needed. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out will be charged at 50% group rate for check-outs between 12.00 – 18.00 hrs. Check-outs beyond 18.00 will be charged 100% group rate. 5. Airport transfer is charged at QR 150 per way by Luxury service.

VISAS
Tourist visas can be organized within 7 working days provided that clear passport details and the attached visa form duly completed and signed have been received. A special group rate of QR 230 per application is charged for the visa processing. In case of a no-show or a cancellation, full visa cost will be automatically charged to the guest’s credit card or the Master Account. Kindly note that no request for visa will be accepted if credit card details or a confirmation fax is not received. The Ritz-Carlton Spa The Ritz-Carlton Spa is truly unique and the first of its kind in the country. With respect to the Arabian culture, separate ladies and gentlemen’s spas are adjacent and symmetrical to each other. From the central circular room all areas of the Spa are accessible – the cloakroom facilities, locker rooms, showers, Roman bath, gymnasium and squash court as well as the wet and dry Spa treatment room. Special classes are available for yoga and aerobics in addition to the main gymnasium facility, squash room, beauty salon for ladies and gentlemen’s barber shop to complete the wellness experience.
