I would vote in favour of banning cell phone use while driving. I work for Finning (Canada) and we have had this policy for all employees using company vehicles. We also have a toll free number to report any driving infractions. This has not hindered our ability to run of business effectively. Customers are pleased and some have also implemented the same policy. After hearing Dr. Francescutti, during a managers meeting, we unanimously voted in favour of such action.
