LEADERSHIP BONUS
• Share on 3% of Total Company Turnover (TCT) by all qualifying Sapphire Directors and above • Your sharing depends on the number of your “qualified” Business Centre (BC) • In order to qualify for Leadership Bonus (LB) for 2nd share and above, you need to sponsor at least 2 new members with a minimum product purchase of 100PV each during the same bonus calculation month • Maximum BCs allowed for new sign-up are 3.
