							Cell Phone Usage

Members may not use cell phones to make or receive calls in Harvard Hall, the Grill Room, the Main Bar, the
Main Dining Room, the Library, the Gordon Reading Room, the Fitness Facility or the lobby of 27 West 44th.
Discreet use of PDAs and cell phones for texting and emails is permissible as long as the phone or PDA is in
“silent” or “vibrate” mode. Cell phones not set to "silent" or "vibrate" may not be used for any purpose in
any area of the Club.

Please be advised that although limited cell phone use is permitted, the club discourages cell phones
because of their disruptive nature. Members and guests who find it necessary to use cellular telephones are
asked to be considerate of Club members.

Laptops

Laptops, as long as they are silent and the camera/video function is turned off, are permitted in the
Clubhouse except for the Grill Room, the Main Dining Room, the Main Bar and the lobby of 27 West 44th.

Business Meetings

Business Meetings may not be conducted in Harvard Hall, the Main Dining Room, the Grill Room, the
Cambridge Rooms, the Library or other public rooms. Private rooms may be engaged for such purposes
through the Banquet Office 212-827-1209.
