Global Business Ethics

Organizer: Partner: Global Business Ethics Program Fall 2009 What is Global Business Ethics (GBE) program? GBE is a 4-session program organized by Junior Achievement Hong Kong (JA) for students to explore their own personal and ethical values, understand the connection between business ethics and future success before they assume business positions in the international market place. After the program, students will be able to:       Define fundamental ethics terms Explain basic concepts in ethics Present a model for making ethical decisions Apply conceptual frameworks to real issues Identify resources available to help respond to ethical challenges Discuss the connection between issues in business ethics and presentday school situations  Recognize the ethical challenges businesses face and same types of challenges in school environment  Develop an understanding of diverse cultural character behavior.
