Fit Tabulous - This class is for everyone young and old. We will work on increasing your flexibility using bans and stretching while strengthening your body with lightweights, working on balance and core strength with the exercise ball. This class is a must for all so good for the body come and work at your own pace keeping your body strong and healthy to enjoy life! Cardio Combo – An aerobic step cardio workout combined with easy to follow step patterns alternated with strength moves using hand weights, tubes and bands. Boot Camp - 60 minutes of high intensity cardio. 3-4 minute intervals using bands, hand weights, steps and jump ropes. Come back to Boot Camp 101 a great muscle burn and for dessert 10-15 minutes of abs - a sure calorie burner. Just Weight - Build stronger bones and burn more calories in this training class. All fitness levels are welcome. This class is designed to learn proper form while performing various muscles conditioning exercises. A full body workout using tubes, bands, free weights, step platforms and stability balls.

Arthritis Exercise Foundation - A recreational water exercise program for persons with arthritis, Lupis, fibromialgia or any other degenerative joint disease. Program participants are led through a series of specially designed exercises that can help improve joint flexibility. The warm water also prevents pain and stiffness. Doctor's note required. Hydro-Fitness Workout - By using aqua-jogger buoyancy, resistance gear and by taking advantage of the unique properties of the water, patrons get a great workout with no impact on the joints. The resistance quality of the water and gear also allows increased cardiovascular and strength simultaneously. All fitness equipment provided. Senior Aquacize - It's time for a great workout with minimal stress to your joints. This class is for seniors, age 60 and over, who are looking for a fun, safe, way to maintain and improve their level of fitness. Join us for, fun, exercise and socialization. Don't miss out!

LAND CLASSES
Body Bar Sculpt- Sculpt and tone your upper and lower body using the Body Bar. Strength, flexibility and endurance are increased while working on your stabilization and balance. Every muscle will thank you. Add this great 45 minute workout to your routine - a sure burner!
