Provided tenant fit-out design documentation and commissioning management for air conditioned office floors including environmental control of the satellite server rooms.

Fire and mechanical services fit-out management: High Holborn
Contracted by IBEX Interiors to manage on site, the dayto-day fit-out works for fire sprinkler, plumbing, drainage and air conditioning systems within the new build office block. An organised on-site presence ensured that the works progressed and was completed on time, within budget, and to specification. The high profile building proudly boasts, from top to toe, a fully functioning penthouse kitchen and restaurant, 18,000sqm of cellular office spaces and a vehicle lift for the car park below.
Fisher & Paykel:
Test chamber system design for new appliance testing laboratory.
With increased throughput of appliances tested to energy efficiency standards, a standardised testing chamber design was required. With requirements for very close control of air velocity, temperature stratification, humidity and temperature a custom test chamber and AHU was designed incorporating ultrasonic humidifiers. In response to increased demand on private hospital surgery 5 new operating theatres, a CSSD, general store, reception and recovery area were required. High efficiency laminar flow air conditioning systems were designed and commissioned within budget. To increase the utilisation of space, the principal of ‘hot desking’ was adopted by BBC management. Floor plans were refurbished to provide flexible open plan areas with chilled ceiling and chilled beam air conditioning systems.
