So preferably fly into kilimanjaro, if not dar es salaam or zanzibar, itself, depends what fares you find and how flexible you can be. If you are flying into dar es salaam or zanzibar you would have to fly to arusha or kilimanjaro to start your safari if it is the northern safari circuits or fly to the southern safari circuits!!
