Bit Torrent Tutorial

First off you need to hit up a bittorrent site to download a client, my favorite is http://www.bittorrent.com once you have that installed whch ever one that you choose then you can proceede.
next you need to visit a site that hosts torrent files, i use http://www.mininova.com there are hundreds out there, the legality of the sites is up in the air right now, but thats up to you
on what ever site you find and decide to use they will have a way to search for torrents and a way to download the torrents
for instance on mininova.com you would click on the green arrow next to the torrent that you want to download
after choosing the torrent you want to download and the download screen comes up i always do open file, the bittorrent client will automatically come up and will load the file and ask you where you want to save the download, after you choose your location it will start the download. if you didnt choose open and you saved the file that you got from the torrent site then you will have to load the file into the client manually, not a hard thing to do here is the file that you download where ever you decided to save it this is what it will look like depending on the client that you are using.
you will have to go to your bittorrent client and choose the option to load a torrent file
find it in your harddrive and hit load
the torrent client will then download the file, and save it to the place that you want it on your harddrive
this process may take a few hours it may take a few days or even weeks it all depends on how many people are sharing the file and how much bandwidth is being used to download it.
