Our drivers take great pride in their profession, not only their driving but caring for our passengers. Their helpful and friendly manner is all part of enjoying a Carol Peters Tour from the moment you board the coach. All coaches used will be modern, comfortable, air-conditioned and maintained to the highest standards. Executive coaches fitted with a toilet and fridge are used on our tours. All coaches are non-smoking. We can offer a range of hot & cold drinks and light snacks on most tours. However, please be aware that hot drinks can only be served while our coach is stationary due to the safety of our passengers.

Single Travellers
A large number of our passengers are single travellers and we do, of course, welcome you on all of our tours. Unfortunately, however, some hotels do charge a supplement for single rooms. If a supplement applies it will be shown under each individual holiday. However, after our allocation of single rooms without supplements have been sold it may be possible, if requested, to obtain extra single rooms with a supplement.

We have listed below all the different types but please note all our rooms are Standard Ambassador and should you require any up-grades a supplement will apply. Ambassador Rooms These are purpose built rooms and are included in the price of your stay. Feel free to make yourself at home with a tea or coffee from the facilities provided. Carol Peters Travel may find it necessary to amend itineraries published in this brochure Carol Peters Travel reserve the right to cancel your holiday if the minimum number of passengers has not been achieved. However we will only cancel if absolutely necessary. On receipt of your deposit with the completed booking form we will reserve your place on your chosen holiday. The balance will become due at least six weeks prior to date of tour. If you book within six weeks of departure date you must pay the full amount at the time of booking. You, or any member of your party, may cancel at any time provided that the cancellation is made by the person who signed the booking form and is communicated to us in writing via the office. You will have to pay cancellation charges set out in the scale below to cover our estimated loss resulting from your cancellation. If you are Insured against cancellation you may be able to recover the charges from your insurers. Your cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written confirmation of your cancellation. Alternatively you can download a claims form from the internet at www.cilint.com. Any claim will be liable for administration charges. Should an incident happen whilst on your holiday it is vital that you contact our driver/courier and Claims International Limited before you leave the resort. If you do not follow this instruction you will lose all monies. If you have your own holiday insurance we would require the name of the company for our records. We reserve the right to amend our itineraries or change holiday arrangements if necessary. If you have a complaint during your holiday please inform the Hotel and our driver immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint cannot be resolved on site you must complete a report form which can be obtained by our driver. It is a condition of this contract that you communicate any problem to both the Hotel and our driver whilst on site. If you do not follow this procedure we cannot accept responsibility as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem for you. On your return home you must follow this up within 28 days in writing giving us as much relevant information as you can. Luggage and personal belongings are carried entirely at owner’s risk and responsibility. Consumption of alcohol and/or smoking is not permitted on board our coaches. Due to luggage space and weight restrictions we are only able to take folding wheelchairs or walking frames. This means we cannot carry battery powered wheelchairs or scooters that need to be taken apart for storage. All monies received are deposited in a holding account.
