Paper prototyping and survey techniques were used to gather user requirements. The high-fidelity prototype was developed using Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Director and Macromedia Dreamweaver. Implementation plans included a redesign of the application in PHP with an SQL backend to drive the data.
