Special Maritime and Mediterranean climate. Short pruning to limit
Production De-stemming. Separate vinification for each grape. Traditional
methods vinification. Maturation for 8 to 12 months in cellar.

Nose Intense aromas of plums, cherries with spicy and black pepper
Palate Expressive and complex. Ripe black fruits with savoury and spicy
aromas, almost chilli-like characters.
