The tabs within this spreadsheet allow entry of Capstone student assessments for the
common project rubric results.
Representation of the Rubric
Below is a portion of the project rubric. To the right is a portion of the project Data entry tab
in the spreadsheet.

Note that the column of criteria in the rubric is represented in the first two rows
of the entry tab.

Submitting Data
Please submit your data electronically (e-mail your spreadsheet) no later than the
Monday after exam week, and direct any questions about entry to the Assessment
Coordinator. In naming your files, please include the semester, course code and
section number, and your name e.g., F2012 FYS 080 Serra.

      When to Enter Zeroes and Blanks
      Zero: Awarded a student who was in class and refused to make a presentation or was caught cheating
      (e.g., plagiarized)

      Blank: The student did not come to class to make a presentation or did not submit a paper.

      Student Status: For students with Blank scores, the last column allows you to indicate the status of the
      student, e.g., W - withdrew, D - dropped, U - unofficial withdrawal, N - no show
