B. My Achievements for the period:    Effective communication and co-ordination with PPC, purchase and production departments. Storing the material, following FIFO system and BIN card methods and achieved good results Learnt and involved in the ISO documentation / tally training.

C. My shortcomings during the period:   I need to improve my communication skills. Not able return the rejected material in time to vendor even after informing to purchase and are facing problem to store the rejections as we do not have the rejection store separately

D. Type of Assistance I need from (Company) in Order to be more effective:  By implementing the on line tally, we can do the effective communication among the all departments and I am interested to lean more and involve in implementing the on line tally.

E. My level of commitment / contribution to the organization over the next three months:  I work hard and improve my self and work for the company as the service required by, my superiors.
