1.2.1 demo safe and proper use of painting tools & materials. Practice proper use/care of tools/materials.
1.2.2 explore painting vocabulary. Intro watercolor/tempera,.coarse/fine, etc.
1.2.3 explore color theory. Primary and secondary colors.
1.2.4 explore media and applications of paint. Tempera vs. watercolor, wash, wet on wet.
1.2.5 explore genres of painting. Portrait, landscape, still life.
