The Inaugural QE2 (Queensland Empowering 2gether) workshops was a huge success. Held in CBD Brisbane, the group of dynamic coaches enjoyed meeting each other and sharing stories of their coaching successes and challenges. There were many topic discussed however we focused on niche markets and business set up as these were areas of immediate focus for most of us. Toward the end of the workshop, Tracey delivered a training session on how to use the CREATE formula for goal setting and assisted the coaches to set their compelling goal for the month then, once all goals were set she took the group through a strategic visioning process.
