           THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION
The American Revolutionary War started in
1775 and ended in 1783. All of the battles took
place in the Eastern part of the United States.
The war was between the British Soldiers and
the American Patriots. The American Patriots
were fighting for the taxes on tea and other
British goods and also freedom.

The important battles of the American
Revolutionary War are the Battle Of Bunker
Hill, the Battle Of Saratoga, the Battle Of
Savannah- Georgia and the Battle Of
Yorktown-Virginia. The cause of all the battles
was that the3 American Patriots and the
British Soldiers were fighting over British
taxes. The American Patriots dumped tea into
the Boston Harbor because the taxes on tea
and other British goods were to high. This
started the war. The Americans attacked the
British ships with cannons. The British came to
America to fight. The war began in 4-9-1775
the British fought at Lexington- Massachusetts
and Concord. And the battles of the war took
place in Bunker Hill, Boston, Valley Forge,
Philadelphia, New Jersey, Massachusetts and
New Hampshire.

The women of the American Revolutionary
War were Martha Washington, Peggy Shippen
Arnold, Florence Cooke, Flora MacDonald,
Molly Brant, Mary Jemison, Nancy Ward,
Abigal Adams, Jane McCrea and Elizabeth
Zane. The women made clothing, nursing-
took care of injured men from the war,
worked to get women rights and worked as
spies.
In 1775, the Revolutionary War began by the
Americans dumping tea in to the Boston
Harbor. Then the war broke out between the
British Soldiers and the American Patriots. The
Revolutionary War ended in 1783, by the
American Patriots winning.
