The good news is that an additional exposure will be available at the Kodak Pavilion too to BOOST your Festival or product ! This year, the FILMFESTIVAL INFORMATION CENTER will offer YOU, the international film festival community, expanded resources, services and contacts in Cannes. Each festival will be able to attract more customers via their individualized business suites services, thus increasing their prospects via a visable, virtual and social presence inside the Cannes Market.. We prefer leaflets or flyers or one or two page folders rather than full (thick) catalogs or programs. Maximum size is 8 1/2 inch X 11 inch or European A4 size (21 cm X 29.7 cm) OR SMALLER. Brochures should not exceed ten pages. If you use this size about 1000 is an appropriate number. MAXIMUM WEIGHT: The parcel contents (not including the package) should not exceed 25 US pounds or 12 kilos. Mailing instructions will follow upon subscription. RE CUSTOMS : When sending your brochures, be sure to mark a low value for the contents of the package i.e. $ 5. US to avoid very hefty clearance costs. OTHERWISE, we will have to bill you the customs clearance costs. Thank you. YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED TO THE KODAK PAVILION The KODAK Pavilion is an ideal location to meet and entertain your contacts, clients and associates: an oasis where harried festival directors and programmers can relax and escape the chaos of Cannes. It is open 9 am to 7 pm everyday with open bar for your comfort in the Pavilion or its private terrace. Kodak Pavilion is expecting over 15 000 visitors; filmmakers and industry professionals. Cannes Market booth - DOUBLE LEAFLET EXPOSURE : Our hostesses will pass out your festival brochures and present to interested filmmakers parties, your Film Festival via Filmfestivals.com's exclusive international database one-shot preview on our PC's at the Filmfestivals.com Cannes Market web café. For festivals purchasing the Package, if you haven't already, please email us your festival logo jpg in GIF format (250 x 200 pixels) to make sure your logo is up in time to be admired by all ! We will place your marketing flyers or brochures in our display racks and will of course, refill them as needed. We provided this same service last year in the Kodak Pavilion (next door) and our Festival partners were pleased with the results and the wide exposure.
