How to Make Bottle Rockets
Have you ever wondered how to make your own bottle rockets? This article
will show you how. Make sure to read all of it first so you can
understand what to do.
1Gather the materials. The total cost should range from $15 to $20<
2Take your cardboard tube, and place a paper plug into one end.
3Measure off about 20 to 60 inches of fuse and cut it off.
4Take the cut fuse and fold it in one-inch segments from end to end.
5Flatten the fuse with the pliers so that it can fit into the tube.
6Leave enough fuse trailing so you can light it and get away in time. One
to two centimeters is a good length.
7Take another paper plug. Poke a hole in it big enough so the fuse will
fit snugly through.
8Poke the fuse through the paper plug, and push the plug tightly into the
open end of the tube. You have completed the rocket, itself.
9Take the bamboo skewers. With the scissors or knife, cut off the pointed
10Put the flat end of the stick in the bottom. Cut it down the middle to
make equal size portions.
11Stick and tape the rockets together. Do this by cutting two pieces of
