How to Make a Strawberry, Banana and Raspberry Smoothie
This delicious and simple smoothie is a great way to get kids (or anyone)
who don't like to eat fruit to eat it.
2 whole bananas
One and a half tablespoons of vanilla essence
Half a cup of cranberry juice
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
1Prepare the fruit bywashing, chopping, peeling, etc.<
2Blend the fruit until smooth.Blendthe fruit until smooth.
3Add the vanilla essence,cranberry juice, andnatural yogurt.
4Add sugar if desired.
5Blend until thoroughly mixed.
6Drink the smoothie straight away or place it in the fridge for later.<
Always be careful when using a blender.
