Getting in the Starting Position
1Lie flat on your back on the floor with your knees bent. Adjust your

1Press your weight into both of your feet so that your hips lift off the

2Extend your arms towards your feet along the mat and interlock your
fingers. Press your hands into the mat and lift higher.
3Tuck your chin into your chest and move your buttocks towards your
