How to Do a 180 on Skis
How to 'switch' to fakie on either a kicker or just the snow!

<Steps
1Get a good rhythm going. It doesn't matter too much about the speed as
long as it's around jogging or faster.<
2Quickly crouch and 'charge up' for the rotation.
3Flick your arms diagonally in the direction that you want to rotate and
up.
4Commit to twisting your shoulders and head the way you want.
5Land your first 180! Bend your knees slightly to prevent bone breakage
or falling. Lean slightly forward with your shins in the tongue of your
boot to stop your tips from going into the ground.<

A demonstration of a skier doing a 180 on skis (and it's the skier's very
first attempt too!).

Tips
Twin-tip skis make fakie/switch landings easier.
Use poles to encourage the 'Flick' of your arms.
Really want to do it commit to what you are doing.

<Warnings
Keep your legs/skis together.
Pop up hard andcommit.
Wear a helmet, if your doing things like this you should already have
one.
