meet the executive chefs
Established in 1999 by owners Keith White and Lisa Blacker, Black & White Advertising,
Inc.’s professional account team has more than 20 years of collective experience in
multiple industries with a diverse range of clients. They can cook up anything from a
five-course advertising campaign, to a sweetly succulent recruitment brochure.

Keith White, our President/CEO, is a native of Atlanta. In 1988, he graduated with a
BBA in Marketing & Advertising from Mercer University, since which time he worked
in a number of agencies before deciding to develop his own recipes and become
Executive Chef here at Black & White.

Lisa Blacker, our Vice President/COO, was born in Texas and has traveled the world.
A graduate of Clemson University in 1992 with a BA in English & Communication, she
began her career in general advertising, but soon took her recipes and tastes to

        Marketable Orange Blossom Muffins
Ingredients:                     Directions:
1 slightly beaten egg            Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine egg, 1/4 cup sugar, orange
1/2 cup sugar, divided           juice and 2 tablespoons butter. Add biscuit mix and stir for 30 seconds.
1 cup orange juice               Stir in marmalade and pecans. Grease muffin pans or line with paper
                                 baking cups, fill 2/3 full. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg
4 tbsp. melted butter, divided
                                 and 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 400 degrees

          Chewy Creative Brownie Cookies
Ingredients:                     Directions:
2/3 cup shortening               Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine shortening, light brown sugar,
                                 water and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of
1 1/2 cups firmly packed light   electric mixer until well blended. Beat eggs into creamed mixture.

                  Positive Promotion Chicken
Ingredients:                            Directions:
2 cups sour cream                       Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first seven ingredients
1/4 cup lemon juice                     (through black pepper) in a bowl. Marinate chicken in this
                                        mixture overnight. The next day, roll chicken breasts in bread

Ingredients:
               Branding-BAM! Steak Salad
                                 Directions:
1 cup olive oil                  Whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper. In

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice        Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and as much as overnight.

Ingredients:
                             Directions:

                   Black and White Cookies
Ingredients:                          Directions:
                                      Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the cake
