Inner Circle Achievement
Inner Circle achievers will receive an exclusive invitation from Avon Canada’s President while attending the National Recognition Celebration. To be eligible for Inner Circle, you must have a minimum base of $125,000 in Award Sales to qualify. You must have been in Council the prior cycle. You must maintain and/or increase Award Sales over prior cycle.

Rules and Guidelines
You are eligible for President’s Club if you meet the qualifiers outlined in this flyer by the time your District’s Campaign 11 N (C13 TS), 2010 campaign sales update is processed. After this deadline, any additional orders or late orders received by Avon will automatically be added to your next order (i.e. Campaign 12, 2010). In such instances, the sales will count toward the following year’s President’s Club cycle (2010-2011). When you achieve President’s Club, your benefits commence immediately. When you achieve Honour Society and David H. McConnell Club, your guaranteed discount commences immediately. D.H. McConnell Club and Council benefits (this includes the guaranteed discount for Council Members) commence in Campaign 13 N (C15 TS), 2010 and conclude a full year later. Status and ranking are determined at the conclusion of the President’s Club cycle. Retail and Representative Alliances are not eligible to participate in any of the levels of the President’s Club.
Here’s how we calculate President’s Club Award Sales:
All Sales from the Brochure are included. Brochure sales are calculated at the current Brochure Customer price. For items on special, the reduced price counts. All Demonstration products are calculated using the “Counts At” value only, as indicated in the current Avon What’s New Business Boutique, samples, Representative literature, promotional sales aids and For Representatives Only flyer count at the published prices only Special Orders: see below for details President’s Club Award Sales will not be given for products that are “no longer available”. Sales of new Breast Cancer Crusade products will count towards President’s Club Award Sales. However, they will not count towards earnings or the variable discount.
What counts?
Everything counts, less returns. Returns are deducted from President’s Club Award Sales. Shorts will be credited to President’s Club Award Sales in the Campaign in which they occur
Special Orders
Avon’s President’s Club is focused and built around the principles of traditional business sales. It is for this reason that all Special Orders will not be calculated towards certain elements of the President’s Club program. Special Orders are: All orders that will not be sold and transported within Canada All orders requiring special arrangements and special prices by the Representative or the Customer of the Representative All special orders are to be communicated to Avon Head Office Special orders count towards: $12,800 entry level of the President’s Club and the following benefits: Earnings levels President’s Club certificate National Recognition Celebration Mrs. Albee figurine Appreciation gifts Status of all levels, but not the ranking President’s Club pin President’s Club Tribute invitation Council cash program Special orders do not count towards: National, Division, or District rankings within the President’s Club Eligibility for recognition on stage at PC Tributes and National Recognition Celebration
Special orders and President’s Council: Representatives who qualify for the Council cash program due to special orders, will forfeit the ranked position to the next Representative who achieved with traditional business sales. The Representative who achieves President’s Council with special orders will receive all status benefits of the President’s Council as noted in this flyer but will not, however, be eligible for any recognition on stage at PC Tributes or the National Recognition Celebration. Special orders and President’s Club: The Representative who achieves any President’s Club level below President’s Council with special orders, will receive all status benefits of the respective level as noted in this flyer but, will not however, be eligible for any recognition on stage at PC Tributes. Cash prizes and trips are awarded to Representatives whose accounts are paid in full. Avon reserves the right to offset any outstanding balance due against any amounts payable by Avon to you. All rewards, recognition status and benefits achieved by the Representatives will be conditional to the Representative’s account being in good credit standing. At its sole discretion, Avon reserves the right to modify any and all aspects of the President’s Club program at any time and without prior notice.
