Terms & Conditions 1. Sealed Quotation addressed to Janakpur Cigarette Factory Ltd., P. O. Box No. 5 Janakpurdham, Nepal and superscribed over the envelope "Re-Quotation" for Potassium Nitrate 99% Pure should much the said office on or before 16th April, 2008 (Miti: 2065,01,14) from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. along with One kg sample. The quoted price should be valid for 90 days clarifying duty and discount, if any, Since the factory is not issuing any "Quotation Form" participants have to submit the quotation in their own letterhead. A. The price should be quoted for ex-works as well as CIF Jayanagar (Madhobavi) Bihar, India separately. In case of overseas supplier, offer price should be quoted on CIF Kolkalta basis and CIF Janakpurdham, Nepal. The issuance of the consignment should be up to Janakpurdham, Nepal

No consideration will be given to the quotation received after due date If the offer is found competitive and the sample meals. the requirement JCF will place order for same quantity for trial_ After successful performance of the trial order JCF may place order for bulk quantity. But if the sample does not meet our required specification and gets rejected; the Sealed Quotation will not be opened If the last date for submission of quotation happens to be an official holiday, the submission date shell he the next working day, The factory reserves the right to accept or reject a part or whole of nay of the quotation without assigning any reason whatsoever.
