Section Ⅱ. TERMS AND CONDITION FOR EXHIBITING
1. TERMS OF REFERENCE
In these terms and conditions for exhibiting, the term "Exhibitor" shall include all employees, partnership, firm or individual to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of exhibiting. The term "Organizer" shall mean "ExponU (LEDEXPO.com)" including "International LED EXPO and FPD KOREA 2008 Secretariat". The term "Exhibition" shall mean "International LED EXPO and FPD KOREA 2009".

2. ALLOCATION OF EXHIBIT SPACE
The Organizer shall allocate the space in accordance with the nature of the exhibit or in the manner the Organizer deems fit. The Organizer shall reserve the right to change the space allocated to the Exhibitor at any time prior to the commencement of the build-up of the exhibition should the circumstances require changes. Such changes shall be at the discretion of the Organizer. The Exhibitor shall not claim for compensation as a result of the changes.

3. INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
The installation and removal of the exhibits and booths must be completed by the date and time stipulated by the Organizer. Exhibitors shall indemnify the Organizer against any loss which may be caused by delay or damage to the Exhibition Hall.

4. COORDINATION OF EXHIBIT WITH ORGANIZER
Exhibitors shall provide descriptions of their exhibits before the construction of the exhibits and ensure compliance with regulations and restrictions on booth design and activity. Exhibitors shall also agree to provide the Organizer with the necessary information facilitating the overall promotion of the EXPOnU (International LED EXPO and FPD KOREA 2008 Secretariat).

5. INSURANCE, SECURITY AND SAFETY
Exhibitors are required to subscribe to all risks insurance policy on all equipment and products during the Exhibition as well as during set-up and takedown. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any articles belonging to the Exhibitor. Materials used in stand and display construction must be properly fireproof in accordance with the local fire and safety regulations. The Organizer shall reserve the right to limit any constructions or demonstrations that pose as potential safety hazards.

8. USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE
Exhibitors are bound to exhibit the announced products and to man the stands with competent personnel during the open hours of the Exhibition. Activities of the Exhibitor shall be confined within limits of the Exhibitor's booth. The

exhibit will be consistent with the theme of the Exhibition and the Organizer reserves the right to restrict exhibits which may detract from the general character of the Exhibition.

9. RESTRICTION ON SELLING
It is agreed that the sole purpose for contracting exhibit space is to display and/or demonstrate equipment supplies and/or services. Cash sales within the confines of the exhibit space are prohibited.

10. LIABILITY
It is mutually agreed that the Organizer shall not be liable to the Exhibitors for any damage to and/or loss of the Exhibitor's property, or for injuries to persons resulting from any cause. All claims for any such loss, damage or injury are expressly waived by the Exhibitors.

11. BREACH OF CONTRACT AND WITHDRAWAL BY EXHIBITOR
In the event that the Exhibitor refuses to use all or part of the spare allocated or the Exhibitor defaults on the payment, the Organizer shall have the right to terminate the contract forthwith. In addition, the stand charges shall not be refunded. If the Exhibitor withdraws from participation without the Organizer's approval, the already paid money by the Exhibitor shall not be refunded.

12. CHANGES
The Organizer reserves the right to change the venue and duration of the Exhibition if exceptional circumstances demand such changes. In the event of a change of venue and/or date, or cancellation of the Exhibition, the Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any claim for compensation in connection with the booking for participation.

13. SUPPLEMENTARY
When necessary, the Organizer shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations in addition to those in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING. Those regulations and instructions shall be binding on the Exhibitors. The Exhibitor shall observe the KINTEX Rules and Regulations.

14. ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES
Any dispute, difference or question arising hereafter between the Organizer and the Exhibitor concerning the true construction of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING or the rights and liabilities of the parties thereto shall be settled in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. The verdict of the above arbitration shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Section Ⅲ. EXHIBITION RULES AND REGULATION
1. Bonded Area
a. The Organizer shall obtain special bonded a for KINTEX during International LED EXPO and FPD KOREA 2009, and help foreign exhibits be imported without customs procedures. b. Once brought into the bonded area, no products shall be moved to other places unless prior approval has been obtained from the Organizer or customs officials. c. No sales activities shall be permitted in the bonded area.

2. Delivery of Exhibits from Overseas
a. It is recommended that the Exhibitors to ship exhibits (including stand-building materials) to Korea through local partner/agent of Official Forwarders (refer to Official Contractors) appointed by the Organizer to secure smooth and efficient inland handling after exhibits arrival in Korea. However, in case Exhibitor has his own preferred freight forwarder at departure point, he may ship the exhibits to Korean sea/air port at his own responsibility through the said forwarder. As mentioned above, please be advised that all the original shipping documents are to be handed over to the Official Forwarder for further handling after exhibits arrival in Korea. b. Sea freight exhibits shall be arrived in Korea by May 9, 2009, and air freight exhibits by May 15, 2009. c. The Exhibitors shall arrange bonded transportation of the exhibits up to the exhibition site after arrival in the airport or seaport, and up to the bonded warehouse after closure of the Show. d. In order to facilitate inspection of exhibits at the time of delivery or removal, a responsible supervisor with thorough knowledge of the exhibits shall be present at the site of inspection. 1) Inspection prior to delivery into the exhibition hall 2) Inspection prior to removal from the exhibition hall : May 19, 2008 : May 23 (1 day) (16:30 ~20:00)

e. After closure of the motor show, import or export of exhibits shall be subject to normal customs procedure.

3. Bringing In and Out
a. Period of bringing in and out of the exhibition site 1) Period for bringing in : May 18 ~ 19, 2009 (2 days) 2) Period for bringing out : May 23 (1 day) (16:30 ~20:00) b. In principle, exhibits shall be brought in or out between 8:00am to 8:00pm. c. Procedures for delivery 1) During the period for bringing in and out, no restriction or limitation is made. However, the supervisor must always be present at the site to prevent theft or loss of exhibits. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any theft or loss in any way.

2) In principle, no exhibits shall be brought in or out during the period of the LED EXPO and FPD Korea. If it becomes necessary to bring in or out exhibits for repair, the Organizer's prior permission should be obtained. 3) During the period of the LED EXPO and FPD Korea, the bringing in and out of exhibits are allowed during 8:00am~10:00am and 6:00pm~8:00pm only.

4. Installation, Management and Dismantling of Booth
a. The exhibition systems (electricity, telephone, water supply and drainage, compressed air, shell stand, exhibition hall passageway carpeting and information signs, etc.) shall be installed by the Organizer. b. Each Exhibitor shall install its own booth system. All materials and systems used for the exhibition booths shall comply with Fire Prevention Regulations and General Standards of Construction Safety with the exhibition regulations. c. Stage size(including the revolving stage), lighting and audio system standards; floor height and designation of exhibition materials; and all installation and removal shall be governed by this Regulations and KINTEX specific exhibition regulations. d. Precautions shall be taken during installation period not to damage or obstruct KINTEX's fire equipments, nor shall installation work block emergency exits. Only non-combustible, flame-retardant materials should be used in construction. e. Exhibitors shall restore any damages or destruction of KINTEX's equipments resulted from their fault or negligence at their own expenses. f. Exhibitors shall restore the allocated area to its original state after the show and shall obtain confirmation from the Organizer. If the Exhibitor fails to comply with this requirement within the designated removal period, the Organizer shall restore the area and request payment for the expenses incurred. g. During installation or dismantling, the exhibition materials, equipments and exhibits shall not be stocked on passageway, and any wastes or cleanliness of booth shall be the responsibility of the Exhibitors. h. Exhibitors may begin removing the displayed items and high priced products 30 minutes after the closure of the show on May 23, 2009. No works may be carried out while carpets are being removed from the passageways by the Organizer.

5. Submission of Booth Drawings
a. Exhibitors using raw space shall submit booth design drawings to the Organizer for prior approval, providing sufficient time for amendments. However, it is unnecessary for the Exhibitors using shell stand. b. Exhibitor who installs multi-layer booth should submit drawings on a scale of one to fifty by May 30, 2008 electrical systems, water supply and drainage systems, compressed air supply and other applicable facilities, and should be confirmed by a licensed structural analysis engineer in writing. (refer to the 8. Multi-layer Booth Structure) c. Exhibitor who does not install multi-layer booth should submit drawings on a scale of one to fifty by April 30, 2009. The drawings shall include floor plans and elevations indicating the installation locations of electrical systems, water supply and drainage systems, compressed air supply and other applicable facilities. d. The cover sheet of the design drawings submitted to the Organizer shall bear booth number, the Exhibitor's name and the designing company, if applicable.

e. If Exhibitors request the Organizer to change the location of electrical systems, water supply and drainage systems, compressed air and related wiring, the Exhibitors shall pay all additional expenses. f. If Exhibitors revise design drawings already approved by the Organizer and perform construction work, the Organizer reserves the right to take any necessary action that may halt the construction, such as, shutting off the power supply. In this case, the Exhibitor shall pay all related expenses.

6. Exhibits Display and Booth Construction
a. Booths shall be constructed in consideration of the overall harmony of exhibition. In order to assure safety during installation period, Exhibitors must comply with the following rules. If Exhibitors violate the rules, the Organizer can request change or suspension of the work. 1) Working hours for installation and dismantling shall be from 8:00am to 8:00pm (18, 19 May). When installation or dismantling works are delayed, the Exhibitor should pay the relevant fee under the Organizer's approval. 2) Basic System of Shell Stand - Details of basic booth system provided to the Exhibitors who apply for shell stand Booth partitions, Korean & English signboard and booth number tag, electricity 1kw, electric wiring with outlets(220V/60Hz/Single Phase 5Apm), three Spot Lights(100W), one Fluorescent lamp(40W), floor carpeting, single set of reception desk and chair - Exhibitors not applying for shell stand shall install basic systems and all other additional systems at their own expense and responsibility. 3) Selection of Contractors - To ensure smooth operations during construction in the exhibition halls, Exhibitors using raw space are recommended to contact to secretariat. Exhibitors desiring to use contractors not stated on the Service Contractors shall obtain approval from the KINTEX after discussing with the Organizer. 4) In consideration of the limits of exhibition space and installation period, the Exhibitors are recommended to assemble the prepared parts instead of on-site manufacturing of equipments within the booth. 5) Precautions during the Construction ․ Facility height Maximum height of raw booths in the exhibition halls shall be limited as follows. Multi-layer booth 10m and less Limits of partitions in raw booths raw booths, in principle, should be open in every side. However, in case of installation of partition is needed inevitably, the Exhibitors are obliged to observe the following regulations. - Exhibitors may facilitate partition at the wall side. - The opposite side of wall side or side bordering on neighboring booths should be open completely. - Sides bordering other passageway should be open more than 50% and must not impede visitors. - In case of island booths, Exhibitors can utilize only one side excluding side bordering on main aisles as a wall with the Organizer's approval beforehand. - In any inevitable circumstance that the Exhibitors do not comply with the above regulations, the Exhibitors are required to confer with the Organizer prior to their booth construction. One-story booth

※ The partition refers to all the equipments and settings except exhibits, and the wall side refers to the side which is the closest side to the wall of exhibition hall. In this case, the wall containing visitor's entrance doors is not regarded as the wall side. 6) Weight Limits by Exhibition Floor and Ceiling - The weight limits of the exhibition floor is 5tons/㎡ and the hangings shall not exceed 23 ㎏ provided they are at intervals of one meter. 7) Booth Materials and Installation - All materials used in booth construction shall be made of flame-retardant or non-combustible materials. Flameretardant treatments may not be allowed inside the exhibition hall. - Flammable materials(oils, gases, etc.) shall not be used in the exhibition hall. If deemed inevitable, prior approval must be obtained from the Organizer. In this event, the work should be carried out under the supervision of a safety officer after the appropriate fire control materials have been prepared. - Painting is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition hall. - If carpeting is used on the floor, the adhesive must be easy in removing carpeting later. The floor condition must be inspected and confirmed by the Organizer after the carpeting has been removed. - If the floor is damaged or the adhesives have not been removed properly, all expenses incurred in order to remove the adhesives or to repair the damaged floor shall be borne by the Exhibitors. 8) Exhibitors shall not fix any equipments or systems on the floor, wall, pillar and ceiling. 9) The ceilings of all booths shall be left open. For small offices and reception centers, however, ceilings may be constructed using non-combustible materials, if approved by the Organizer. 10) Flooring Work - All materials used in flooring work shall be installed with full consideration of visitor safety. - The "finishing" material of the flooring may be selected at the Exhibitor's discretion. However, such materials must pose no danger to visitors and shall not create dust. - The booth floor shall not be more than 10cm higher than the floor of the exhibition hall passageway. In addition, the floor area leading to the passageway shall be moderately sloped in order to minimize the potential of accidents, such as tripping.

7. Multi-layer Booth Structure
a. Exhibitors who applied for 500 ㎡ and more could install multi-layer booth provided that it is approved by the Organizer. b. Exhibitor who installs multi-layer booth should submit structural analysis(Please check the weight limitation.) together with drawings on a scale of one to fifty by April 30, 2009, and approved by the Organizer. The drawings shall include floor plans and elevations, and be confirmed by a licensed structural analysis engineer. c. The floor space for the multi-layer structure shall not exceed one-third of the total floor space, and the entire structure height shall be less than 10 meters equipments, fixtures and signboard. d. 50% or more of the circumference of the screen for the exhibition stand shall remain open. e. The width of the stairs must be 1.2 meters or wider. f. Fire extinguishers shall be installed every 10 meters in the interior of the multi-layer structure.

g. In the event that the ceiling of the structure is covered, one or more automatic fire extinguishers shall be installed every 10 cubic meters. h. The entrance/exit of the multi-layer structure shall open 0.9 meter or wider towards the emergency exit and shall install rechargeable emergency lighting at the upper front of the entrance. i. A safety management officer shall be dispatched as standing personnel.

8. Electricity Installation
a. The basic electrical installation of the raw booth to be carried out by the Organizer includes wiring to the booths and installation of no-fuse-breakers inside the booths. All electrical works inside the booth shall be performed by the Exhibitor. In case of shell stand, the Organizer installs wiring and lighting. b. Selection of Contractors 1) Exhibitors using raw booths shall select contractors from among those designated by KINTEX (Contact to Secretariat) to perform installation work and the selection shall be informed to the Organizer. If Exhibitors want to hire contractors other than those designated by KINTEX, they shall obtain prior approval from KINTEX after discussing with the Organizer. 2) Upon selection of contractors, Exhibitors shall fill out the attached form #7 and submit it to the Organizer by April 9, 2009. c. If an Exhibitor needs separate voltage or cycle to operate their exhibits, they may install transformers or current transformers at their own expense. The electrical capacities are as follows:

d. To prevent damage from a power outage, Exhibitors shall take appropriate preventative measures. e. Power shall be made available to Exhibitors on a limited basis starting May 18, 2009, and will begin 30 minutes prior to the opening hour and shut off 30 minutes after the closing time during the exhibition period. However, the power for 24 hours usage shall be supplied with electricity for all day. f. Breakers and electric outlets shall be installed at a height at least 30cm from the floor and shall be classified into those for exhibit operation or those for lighting. The exterior case of the motors used for the operation of exhibits shall be grounded with class-3 earthing works. g. If electric heaters with a surface temperature exceeding 70℃ are to be used, appropriate safety barriers shall be installed, and said heaters shall be installed on a separate display stand, over 20cm high, made of a noncombustible material. Furthermore, no carpeting shall be laid around said electric heaters and the walls near the heaters shall be protected by non-combustible materials. h. All materials used in electrical works shall be new and standard products bearing KS marks approved by the Korean government. Exhibitors shall use only approved power cable. i. The local lighting power cannot exceed 100W/㎡.

j. 600V EV cable shall be used to satisfy power supply capacity. 600V IV cable and PVC cord shall not be used. k. Electric outlets designed for 220V shall be used for power lines for which 220V is used. l. Fire safety must be considered first when installing ornamental lighting, fluorescent lights or incandescent lights. Non-combustible materials shall be used for the installation of these lights. m. Electric lights, resistors and heat-producing equipments shall be installed away from flammable materials and firmly fixed to prevent them from being detached. n. Electrical works shall be carried out in compliance with the regulations governing electrical equipment. Electric power shall be used only after safety inspections have been conducted by the Organizer. o. Power supply to booths Exhibitors wishing to use power temporarily to assemble, adjust and test machines, or to install, dismantle or remove display systems shall submit an application to the Organizer. p. Exhibitors wishing to repair the booth electric systems during the exhibition period shall obtain prior approval from the Organizer.

10. Lighting Installation
a. The organizer shall provide, free of charge, basic lighting systems for the scheme booths to be constructed by the Organizer. b. General lights within the show area shall be mercury arc lamps of average brightness of 400 lux. c. Lighting systems for the exhibits shall be installed according to the characteristics of each exhibit, and visitor safety and fire prevention shall be considered.

11. Telephone Installation
a. The Organizer shall install telephone system from the existing facilities to the exhibition booths, and shall install telephone system separately for domestic call, international call, and internet line at the request of Exhibitor. b. Exhibitors using telephones must return them when dismantling. In the event telephones or other facilities are lost, damaged or rendered defective, the Exhibitor will be held liable for repair or restoration.

12. Water Supply and Drainage Installation
a. Upon Exhibitor's request, the Organizer shall install water pipe lines from existing facilities to the Exhibitor's booth according to the following specifications.

b. If there is any danger of machines becoming damaged due to water being cut off or a drop in water pressure, the Exhibitor shall install protective devices. The Organizer shall not be held liable in any way for the damage that may result in. c. Exhibitors must cut off their water supply upon closure of the exhibition.

13. Compressed Air Supply
a. Upon the exhibitor's request, the Organizer shall install compressed air service from existing facilities to the exhibition booth with the following specs. Maximum pressure Initial pressure : 8kg/㎠ End pressure : 7.5kg/㎠ Pipe size ø9 ㎜ Remarks

b. If there is any danger of machines becoming damaged during testing due to a pressure drop, the Exhibitor shall be responsible for the installation of protective devices. The Organizer shall not be held liable in any way for damage that may result in. c. Exhibitors must cut off their compressed air supply valve and check for safety upon closure of the exhibition.

14. Material Saving & Waste Disposal
a. In order to conserve resources and energy, all exhibit materials used in the exhibition hall shall be designed and constructed with plans to recycle and save materials. b. All exhibits shall be brought into the halls with all packing materials removed. If an exhibit is brought in with the packing materials included due to unavoidable circumstances, such packing materials shall be stored in an appropriate place and reused when the exhibit is removed. c. In particular, Exhibitors using raw booths shall supervise the constructor for minimizing the industrial waste such as styrofoam, vinyl, carpet, and glasses. Also Exhibitors shall make a contract with constructors on condition that the constructors collect the waste. d. Recycling paper shall be used for PR materials whenever possible and the use of coated paper should be avoided. e. Exhibitors shall make every effort to minimize the generation of wastes.

15. Safety Regulation
a. Exhibits and all other materials within exhibition hall should be incombustible according to the Fire Prevention Regulations. b. The Organizer may ask Exhibitors to take appropriate fire safety precautions and the participant must comply. c. Smoking is not allowed inside the exhibition hall in accordance with the Fire Prevention Regulations. Only if appropriate fire safety measures have been taken, smoking may be allowed in a designated area. d. Explosives, flammable materials and other dangerous materials may not be brought into the exhibition hall. The use of such materials within a limited scope may be allowed if required for demonstration. e. The following type of dangerous materials shall not be brought into the exhibition hall. 1) Oils like gasoline and kerosene, flammable gases and high-pressure gases such as propane. 2) Boiler, furnace and stove. 3) Compressors, electric saws, electric planes, electric grinders and other electric tools 4) Electrical heating device for cooking.

5) Explosives. 6) Other items which the Organizer believes could cause fire, explosion and other accidents. f. Exhibitors shall maintain an ABC type (4.5kg) fire extinguisher for each 100 ㎡. g. If Exhibitors fail to arrange fire extinguishers during exhibition, the Organizer may install such equipment, in which case the Exhibitors shall pay all expenses. h. Exhibitors who need to handle flame and other dangerous materials for unavoidable reasons during the period of the exhibition shall fill out form, and submit this to the Organizer by April 9, 2009. The documents submitted shall be reviewed by KINTEX and the results of the review shall be forwarded to the Exhibitor. Only approved Exhibitors may handle the above materials, in which case they must comply with the instructions given by the Organizer and KINTEX. j. The approved Exhibitors shall use dangerous materials in accordance with the provisions of Fire Prevention Regulations and High-pressure Gas Safety Management Regulations. k. Persons handling dangerous materials shall possess licenses issued by the Korean government.

Section Ⅳ. MANAGEMENT RULES AND REGULATION
1. Admission to Exhibition Hall
a. Exhibitors ..The Secretariat will provide badges allowing them to enter the exhibition hall during the normal /working hours throughout the construction, opening hours and dismantling days. Secretariat will distribute these badges to exhibitors at the organizer's office on site during May 18~ 20, 2009.

b. The Invited Guests The official invitation cards for admission to LED EXPO and FPD Korea 2009 exhibition will be distributed to all /exhibitors by the Secretariat. The official invitation cards are issued both in Korean and English. /Overseas buyers or general visitors who wish to receive official invitation cards must request them /from the Secretariat. All visitors with official invitation cards can enter free of charge at LED EXPO and FPD Korea 2009 exhibition hall during May 20 ~ 23 2009

c. Contractors ..Contractors must submit applications for entry passes for their staffs and workmen to the Secretariat.

※ Issuance of entrance badge .Only exhibitors, visitors and authorized subcontractors are allowed to enter the exhibition hall. Anyone /who is not registered in accordance with given rules or violates regulations would be subject to /expulsion. 1. Badge for exhibitors Entrance badges are needed when employees of the exhibitors enter and exit the exhibition hall. Also these badges are required throughout the show hours, installation, or dismantling period. Every member from exhibitors and contracted agencies (including installation and dismantle workers) must wear a valid badge. Badges will be issued at the organizer’s office on site from May 18 ~ 20, 2009. Please fill out the form. Badges will not be issued to any entity that is not related to the exhibition business or just for a visit. Issued badges are valid only for the agreed show and no one can reuse them to visit other events later on without official invitation. Deadline for application 2. Caution Anyone who issues false badges and lets other people use badges issued for exhibitors to enter the show, would be subject to expulsion and banned from reentrance. Also they must remove their booth without claiming any compensation from the event organizers. Exhibitors and employees must give up any rights concerning damage redemption in case they violate given rules. If company participates jointly with one or more other companies, make a full list of your participating partners on the application form. 2. Parking Tickets
a. In and out of the trucks During the period of installation and dismantling, cargo trucks carrying exhibits and equipments are free to enter the exhibition ground. b. Parking tickets for passenger cars of Exhibitors The Organizer provides free parking tickets based on booth scale according to the Table. As the total number of free tickets is limited, the excessive quantity shall be purchased by the participants at KINTEX Parking Office.

3. Management of Exhibition Hall
a. Opening hours shall be 8 hours from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Entrance is closed at 5:00pm, 1 hour before the closing time. b. Entering and Leaving Exhibition Halls The Exhibitor Staff shall arrive at their booths 1 hour before opening of the show to ensure they can open on time. Staff shall leave the area after conducting daily safety inspections in 30 minutes of closing time and cutting off power. c. Exhibitors are obligated to protect all facilities installed by the Organizer, and any facilities damaged by the Exhibitors shall immediately be restored to their original condition. If the Exhibitor fails to comply with this requirement, the Organizer shall restore the facilities and the relevant expenses shall be borne by the Exhibitors. d. Any accident occurring inside a booth shall be reported to the Organizer immediately. Settlement shall be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. e. Congratulatory flowers are prohibited within the exhibition halls. f. Exhibitors shall not bring food into the exhibition hall except on Press Day when light food may be brought in, which do not generate strong or offensive odor. g. Exhibitors shall always have qualified managers who can readily respond to the questions of buyers and customers.

4. Visitor Management
a. The Exhibitor staff shall always stay in their booth to provide services to visitors and to preserve and maintain exhibits b. If deemed necessary to ensure visitor safety, the Organizer may request Exhibitors to take appropriate safety measures temporarily or for the entire period of exhibition. In such case, Exhibitors shall take immediate action.

5. Staff
a. Management Staff 1) Exhibitors shall fill out the form and submit a list of all staff members who will stay at the booths by May 9, 2008. 2) Exhibitors can change management staff by reporting it to the Organizer using the same form. No person other than those reported in the list shall be allowed to work as management staff at the exhibition hall. 3) The Exhibitors shall always post interpreters and decision makers available for business talks with buyers. 4) The management staff shall always stay in the booths to prevent theft or other accidents, and immediately report any accidents to the Organizer. b. Staff Uniforms Staffs on duty in the exhibition hall shall wear uniforms or other suitable dress with name plates (passes issued by the organizer) clearly indicating that they are Exhibitor Staff. However, uniforms which might injure public morals and manners are prohibited.

6. Exhibit Management
a. Exhibit management and related materials displayed in the booth shall be the responsibility of the Exhibitors. b. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any damage, theft, and fire sustained by the Exhibitors, including the exhibits. Exhibitors shall therefore take appropriate preventive measures. c. All exhibits that can be operated shall be installed, taking all the necessary precautions to prevent injuries and accidents to visitors. d. Maintenance or repair of exhibits is prohibited during the period of exhibition. If it is necessary due to an unavoidable situation, Exhibitors shall obtain approval from the Organizer and perform such work after taking all required safety measures. e. Exhibits shall not be stored in the passageway.

7. Control of Vehicle Entrance
a. During exhibition period no vehicles are allowed to enter into the exhibition halls. b. During exhibition period additional display, installation and exchange are prohibited. But if exchange of installed exhibits are inevitable due to the overall problems, such work can be allowed after exhibition hours in full consideration of hall situations with the Organizer's prior approval.

8. Demonstration of Exhibits
a. Exhibitors may carry out demonstration of their exhibits in their booths only after obtaining prior approval from the Organizer. Exhibitors shall take all necessary safety precautions to prevent injury, property damage, fire or interference with other people during the demonstration. Excessive noise, light, heat, dust, gas, foul odor or vibration are not allowed. b. If the Organizer judges that a demonstration may hinder the proper maintenance of the exhibition hall, management, order and public safety, the Organizer may restrict or suspend the demonstration as a preventive measure even if said demonstration has been approved.

c. Operation of the engines and lights of displayed vehicles is prohibited, except for the auxiliary lamps on cars placed on the display stage.

9. Events within Booth
a. Exhibitors may hold events within their booths during the exhibition period, provided that said event does not interfere with the LED EXPO and FPD Korea's atmosphere or the activities of other booths. Exhibitors wishing to hold such events shall fill out the form and submit it by April 9, 2009 for the prior approval of the Organizer. Unauthorized events may not be held within the booths. b. Intra-booth events shall be within the parameters of the LED EXPO and FPD Korea 2009. Said events shall not hinder the operation of other Exhibitors with noise, light or smoke, nor shall they induce competition with other Exhibitors. If the event results in protests from other Exhibitors or creates any inconvenience to visitors, the Organizer may suspend said events, even if prior approval has been obtained. c. Live TV or radio broadcasts and audio or video recordings intended for promotional purposes may be carried out only after approval has been obtained from the Organizer. d. The Organizer may stop the event if the event differs from that reported.

10. Sound System Usage
a. The Organizer may restrict noise within the exhibition hall to create a pleasant environment and promote visitor comfort. b. The sound level must not exceed 85dB(A) from a spot 1m away from the sound source. This sound value is equivalent to 70dB(A) generated from a spot 3m away from the source. c. In any case, the maximum sound level shall not exceed 70dB(A) at booth borderlines. Furthermore, sound generated from an Exhibitor's system shall not exceed the neighboring sound system's level and shall not be loud enough to cause damage to neighboring booths. d. The Exhibitors wishing to use speakers shall submit a speaker usage plan to the Organizer by April 9, 2009. This plan shall include the speaker position and sound source, and speaker out shall be indicated in watts. e. Maximum speaker height shall be 3m, and the direction of speakers shall not be neighboring booth. The Organizer may change the position of sound source at any time to limit the sound range. f. During the EXPO, the Organizer may check the sound level at any time. If any neighboring booth files a protest, the Organizer may instruct the Exhibitors to reduce volume or may suspend use of the speakers. If necessary, the Organizer may shut off the power to the booth. g. The violation on loud speaker committed by the Exhibitors shall be used as the basis of allocating space and site at the next Seoul Motor Show.

11. Public Relations Activities
a. PR activities are restricted during the EXPO to maintain exhibition hall in order to prevent excessive competition between Exhibitors. However, normal PR activities carried out based on annual contracts with KINTEX shall be excluded from this restriction.

b. Exhibitors wishing to distribute publications to publicize exhibits may do so only inside their own booths with managers assigned to maintain order with respect to the distribution of such publications. Distribution of publications which might injure public order, morals and manners is prohibited. c. Exhibitors shall be responsible for collecting discarded publications to maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding area and the following types of promotional activities are prohibited. 1) Excessive distribution of gifts at the booth. 2) Attaching publicity materials and posters on the columns of passageways. 3) Placement of advertisement balloons and flags. 4) Advertising and publicity activities which run counter to the purport and Exhibitor Guide of the LED EXPO and FPD Korea 2009. d. Questionnaires and surveys may be conducted freely in the booth, but not outside of the booth.

Section Ⅴ. OFFICIAL DIRECTORY
1. Content
The exhibitor official catalogue, which include exhibitors' and exhibits' information will be published by LED EXPO and FPD Korea 2009 secretariat. It will be printed in English, the official international business language, as well as in Korean. It will contain introductory forewords (if any), general information of the event, complete information regarding services available at the exhibition, lists of Exhibitors, their products and advertisements, map, etc.

2. Free Publication of Official Directory
The Official Directory, provided by LED EXPO and FPD Korea 2009 Secretariat, contains all the information of participating companies and programs of accompanying events. It will be distributed to important buyers as well. The relevant companies should be able to take an advantage of the directory as a marketing tool directly or indirectly throughout the show period and thereafter. Each Exhibitor will be entitled to an entry in the exhibitors' official catalogue, free of charge. The contents of the exhibitors' official catalogue are as follows; A) Exhibitor's name B) Booth number. C) Exhibitor's head office address, telephone and fax numbers D) Name, address, telephone and fax No. of exhibitor's agent in Korea (if any) E) Name, address, telephone and fax No. of manufacturers of the Exhibitor. (if other than the exhibitor) F) Exhibits and descriptions ※ Number of catalogues: 5000 free distribution, 95 percent of visitors use the catalogue as a source of information.

All Exhibitors must fill out the application form and submit it to LED EXPO and FPD Korea 2009 secretariat by no later than April 9, 2009. Also send us exhibitors' product brochure or photograph which show exhibitor's product effectively by mail (E-Mail is also available : led@exponu.com ). LED EXPO and FPD Korea 2009 secretariat does not guarantee the inclusion in the exhibitor official catalogue of any entries received after the deadline, only the name, address, telephone and fax numbers appearing on the " LED EXPO and FPD Korea 2009 booth reservation form" will be included if the form is not submitted by April 9, 2009.

3. Directory (catalogue) Advertisements
In order to make the directory as comprehensive as possible, exhibitors are encouraged to take advantages of the advertisement page. The Official Directory will be distributed to a special readership, many of whom will retain it as a reference guide long after the event.
