                                                 BILL OF SALE
Q           Warning : A purchaser of a pleasure yacht does not obtain a complete title until the appropriate Bill(s) of
            Sale has been recorded with the Registry, and a new Certificate issued.
Q           Registered owners or mortgagees must inform the Registry of any change of address.
Q           Where one owner is selling to two or more owners, separate forms are required unless they are buying as joint owners.
Q           Unless application to transfer the registration of the pleasure yacht to the new ownership is received at the Registry within
            30 days of the change, re-registration fees will be payable.
Q           A Declaration of Ownership in respect of each new owner must be submitted with this document when registering the
            transfer of ownership; Bodies Corporate must also provide a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of
            Good Standing; Foreign Maritime Entities must provide a copy of the Certificate of Registration as a Foriegn Maritime
            Entity.
