Welcome, Reminders, and Introductions Committee co-chair Jongseo Lee (Samsung Electronics) called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM. After welcoming all attendees, the SEMI meeting reminders on Anti-Trust Reminder, Intellectual Property Reminder, and Effective Meeting Guidelines were presented and explained. Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes Jongseo Lee requested the Committee to review the previous meeting minutes and solicited comments or amendments. Motion passed. 3. HQ Overview & Liaison Reports 3.1. HQ Overview James Amano(SEMI HQ) presented the SEMI Standards Program Overview. Japan Liaison Report (FPD Color Filter and Optical Elements Committee) Jongseo Lee(Samsung Electronics) presented the Japan FPD Color Filter and Optical Elements Committee instead of SEMI Japan staff. Taiwan Liaison Report (FPD Committee) Next meeting: October 30, 2008 in conjunction with FPD International 2008 at Pacific Yokohama Recent publications : SEMI D13-0708, Terminology for FPD Color Filter Task Force activities: Various activities were reported Jongseo Lee(Samsung Electronics) presented the Taiwan FPD Committee instead of SEMI Taiwan staff. PDP SC Leader Leader, Jongseo Lee(Samsung Electronics) reported for LCD SC activities  Backlight TF: #4313 is drafting  Image Sticking TF: #4530 balloted cycle 3-08 SeKwang Park(Kyungpook National University) reported for PDP SC activities  EMI TF: Leader has been changed to Yoo Park(LG Electronics) to carry on the project. #4529 is drafting  Tone & Color TF: #4571 balloted cycle4-08 Jungno Lee(KETI) reported for PDP SC activities.  Encapsulation TF: #4531 is drafting  Roadmap is under development 4.3.
