Welcome, Reminders, and Introductions
Committee co-chair Jongseo Lee (Samsung Electronics) called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM. After welcoming all attendees, the SEMI meeting reminders on Anti-Trust Reminder, Intellectual Property Reminder, and Effective Meeting Guidelines were presented and explained. Finally, the agenda reviewed.

Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Jongseo Lee requested the Committee to review the previous meeting minutes and solicited comments or amendments. As there were no further comments or changes brought to the committee’s attention, the following motion was made:
