I understand that any license which may be granted to this company by Roush Fenway Racing will be subject to immediate termination, without the return of any amount paid or the abatement of any amount due, in the event that Roush Fenway Racing finds that I have supplied false, misleading, fraudulent or incomplete information. I hereby acknowledge the proprietary nature of all names, likenesses and marks of the properties represented by Roush Fenway Racing and that until such time, if any, as a license has been issued to this company, no rights exist for use thereof. I hereby acknowledge that all items sent to Roush Fenway Racing, including but not limited to product samples and/or prototypes, will become the property of Roush Fenway Racing and will not be returned to prospective licensee. I understand that this application does not constitute an offer for Roush Fenway Racing, or imply any obligation on the part of Roush Fenway Racing, to grant a license in any category.
