1. CampusEdge® Checking Special Online Only Offer: Opening account online available only for students 18 years and older. Account will initially be opened as CampusEdge® Checking (referred to as MyAccess-CampusEdge™ checking in ID and WA) with no monthly maintenance fee. After the first 5 years for accounts opened online, account will be converted to MyAccess® Checking with no monthly maintenance fee. Subject to confirmation of student status. Fees for overdrafts and other account-related services still apply. Programs, fees, rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change 2. Stuff Happens The Stuff Happens® Card, good for a one-time refund for one of the following fees at the student’s request: overdraft item fee, NSF: returned item fee, overdraft protection transfer fee, stop payment fee, or non-Bank of America ATM fee. The Stuff Happens® Card is only valid for CampusEdge® or MyAccess-CampusEdge™ Checking accounts. 3. Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Alerts Mobile banking available to online banking enrollees only. Alerts received as text messages on your mobile access device may incur a charge from your mobile access provider. Check with your carrier for fees that may apply. Mobile banking, Alerts, and Transfer funds are not available for accounts in ID or WA. 4. Keep the Change® Keep the Change® is available only on personal debit cards, linked to your Bank of America checking account. Keep the Change® is available to both new and existing customers. Purchases with rewards or ATM cards are not eligible for matching. We will match 100% of your Keep the Change transfers for the first three months after you enroll. Thereafter, we will match 5% (10% for California Tiered Interest Checking customers). The maximum total match is $250 per year. Matching funds are paid annually after the anniversary of enrollment on accounts that remain open and enrolled. Bank of America will only match Keep the Change transfers on up to five checking accounts per depositor (including joint depositors) or up to five checking accounts per household, whichever is less. Eligible savings accounts include Regular Savings (or Market Rate Savings in WA and ID), which requires a minimum opening balance of $25 ($1 in WA and ID) and pays a variable annual percentage yield that is 0.10% as of 07/14/2009. Money Market Savings accounts are also eligible. Matching funds will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099. Fees may reduce earnings. Patent pending.
