4.2 HB Camp Security
   20 October: Steve Jones and Stan Burgoyne visited problem areas of VCPs and perimeter; Steve requested
    the relevant departments to action the necessary repairs and/or replacements. – No Change
   GFC is operating a random 100% ID check 2 – 3 days per week; this has been an access and egress ID check.
    This is including a badge check and 100% sign-in and sign out.
   100% search and ID badge check of all subcontractors.
   2x VCPs; both on West perimeter; VCP 1 closed at present due to Eid and its high threat risk and lower
    than usual amount of vehicular traffic.
   12 Guard towers of which 9 manned (Chemical fumes caused abandonment of Tower # 9 on South
    perimeter) the guard is now employed on the internal access, gate 2 (Operations/Accommodation).
   No mobile light-towers in operation.- No Change
   The Guard-force Commander has identified a number of regular absentees; some of these will be
    dismissed once the training manager is back in country (15 Oct 12) to assess the weapons skills of the new
    recruits. Training commenced on the 31 October and should be complete by 06 November 2012.

9. G6: IT & COMMUNICATIONS
   The HB internet has been recoded and re-allocated to the teams; allocation is working without problem so
    far; however the HB net is frequently down especially at weekends.


10. G7: TRAINING
   DDT Training is complete across the HB Burjesia project.
   Team training is being conducted daily by Team Leaders and Training Team.
   H2S training to be done through Britam HSE department once qualified personnel are available.
   Rig-Pass Training – No training during this period.

