John developed the City’s first property asset management plan in 1997 and had continued to provide leadership in Asset Management Planning since that time. John is a member of the Board of the NAMS Group and chaired the practitioner group that contributed to the development of NAMS Property Brian Smith Brian specialises in financial and organisational outcome aspects of asset manage ment. Brian has been involved in the development of many NAMS manuals and has presented for NAMS on many occasions.
