 Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance: The effective implementation of the Quality management system is possible because our top management is committed to imparting quality technical education and it is evident from the following: 1. Our management has understood the customer i.e our students and their needs as well as statutory and regulatory needs of the University, AICTE, DOTE and other agencies. 2. A quality policy has been established. 3. Quality objectives for various functional departments have been established. 4. Periodical management reviews are being conducted. 5. Our management has committed to provide the necessary resources, namely, infrastructure, finance and personnel. 6. Necessary steps have been initiated by the Management for continually improving the quality and the quality systems. The management would communicate with the staff and students through the Principal. Further the management would keep itself fully informed of the quality related developments through the periodical management reviews. The perceptions of the management would be communicated by the Principal, to the staff, students and parents.  Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance: Students and staff are welcome to give their suggestion in a suggestion form. Suggestion boxes are kept in the central location in the college and hostel. Suggestion slips are kept near the suggestion box in a form holder fixed to the wall. A suggestion committee has been constituted with members , the Principal and Student Representatives. two faculty

The suggestion box is opened every month by the student representative in the presence of a committee member. All the suggestions are serially numbered and entered in a register. The suggestion committee will meet every month to analyze and evaluate the suggestion. The committee will suggest necessary action on the suggestions and record the same in the suggestion slip and will forward them to the Principal. The Principal will initiate action. If any action is beyond the authority of the Principal, then it is sent to the Chairman for his advice. Actions taken on the suggestions are informed to the staff/students through the notice board and the records are maintained by Principal

Evaluation of staff by students

Students are given an opportunity to evaluate the staff with regard to teaching traits, attitude of staff, syllabus and course coverage . This is obtained at the end of each semester and necessary corrective actions are initiated by the Principal. All the students will be allowed to evaluate their faculty members in a prescribed form on a grade scale ranging from 1 to 5. The feedback from the students will be analyzed by HOD and necessary corrective action in consultation with Principal will be initiated. This feed back is strictly used only for improving the quality of the system and not for any kind of victimization.  Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students : Students: Proctorial system is implemented. Each faculty acts as proctor for 20 students. All grievances are represented to proper authority and solution found. Faculty and Staff: Grievances committee consisting of Chairman, CEO, and Principal would look into the grievances. Further there is a provision to make representation to Governing body. V.  Internal Continuous Evaluation System and place: Three Periodical Tests are conducted apart from Unit Tests. The average of three test marks are taken as internal marks.  Students’ assessment of Faculty, System in place. The students are given an opportunity to evaluate the staff with regard to teaching traits, attitude of staff, syllabus and books. Students are given an opportunity to evaluate the staff with regard to teaching traits, attitude of staff, syllabus and course coverage . This is obtained at the end of each semester and necessary corrective actions are initiated by the Principal. All the students will be allowed to evaluate their faculty members in a prescribed form on a grade scale ranging from 1 to 5. The feedback from the students will be analyzed by HOD and necessary corrective action in consultation with Principal will be initiated.
