SMEBC WORSHIP TEAM VISION STATEMENT: A united team leading a Christ-centered worship and pursuing God’s presence as a lifestyle. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation, the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 2009 GOALS: 1. To establish spiritual disciplines among the team 2. To upgrade the team’s technical skills 3. To lead the congregation through new, relevant songs 4. To encourage creativity and innovation 5. To train and release a new team of worship leaders TRAINING AND RELEASE Each person aspiring to become a member of the worship team must undergo or fulfil the following requirements: Trainings (Annual Workshop, individual mentoring) Spiritual Disciplines Pastor’s Recommendation Screening
