Anthony Galante Anthony is the Administrative Assistant of LUNGevity Foundation. He has a personal connection to lung cancer as his grandmother struggled with the disease all of his life until succumbing to the disease in 2002. Anthony joined the LUNGevity family in July, 2009. He brings strong technical, organization, and communication skills, along with a real passion to work to eradicate the disease that’s so deeply impacted his own family and friends. From the Chicago area, Anthony attended DePaul University and graduated in June, 2009, with Bachelors degrees in Political Science and Geography with honors. While attending university, Anthony worked for the Chicago Urban League’s Policy & Research Department assisting in the development of four major studies published by the League. He also held a managerial position for Segway Experience of Chicago. Anthony lives in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago next door to Wrigley Field. He enjoys the city’s parks, lakefront and vibrant neighborhoods.
