					RETURN VISITS TO INDUSTRY following Workforce Training Meeting FEBRUARY 19, 2009 GREG Am-Tech – Less than 8 for Proper Use of Hand Tools/Measurement and Math Refresher Course Specifically Will allow employees to take training during work hours Brothers Less than 8 for Leadership/Line Supervision Specifically Will allow employees to take training during work hours Lewisburg Printing More than 8 for Computing/Microsoft Programs Specifically but may utilize one or more of the other courses as well May allow employees to take training during work hours if possible but will pay them to take training after work hours Moon Products Less than 8 for training with no specific in mind at this time Will allow employees to take training during work hours Trison Not sure about whether or not they will utilize training, how many or when Southern Logistics Less than 8 for training with no specific in mind at this time, but at least one if not three of the training top five we discussed May allow them to take training during work hours if possible but will pay them to take training after work hours Dole Refrigeration Will not be utilizing training opportunity at this time Questions That Came Up: Will training be offered in such a way that employees can go at separate time to keep employer from sending them all at once? Lewisburg Printing asked if there is funding available to bring press instructors from Chicago or Pittsburgh to Lewisburg for on-site training? Brothers Find Foods asked if there is funding available to bring Filler, Labeler machines training instructor from Florida for on-site training?
