2008 MEDIA GUIDE Y know your targets… ou Use us to hit the mark! Focus & Scope Trade & Industry Development is the bimonthly publication dedicated to site selection in a vertical format. As the only publication of its kind, T&ID reaches more decision makers per industry than any other publication dedicated to site selection. This vertical form of targeted marketing allows for greater market penetration in a publication where the editorial fits the audience. Editorial Our approach is simple: Provide a publication to executive decision makers with pertinent useful site selection and business knowledge for their market. That is why we work with the leading site selection, real estate and industry consultants to deliver cutting edge editorial. Additionally, we work closely with the leading trade associations representing these industries. Circulation Our process is complex: T&ID is unique in its vertical market approach. Each issue focuses on related industries, and is mailed SOLELY to those industries. We also take our method a step further with the help of the leading data-mining company for economic development – Applied Marketing. With their help, we focus on two key indicators of location activity: CORPORATE CHANGE and EMPLOYMENT GROWTH. Our efforts are even more streamlined by the use of the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS). By using this method we are able to more effectively reach specific markets, thus matching the editorial with the audience. All of these elements combined allow T&ID to have an unrivaled circulation. 21,000 3,000 +1,000 25,000 Each issue is mailed to specific, related industry segments Corporate Real Estate Executives Site Selection Consultants Total Circulation per issue The T&ID circulation reaches the corporate site selection team involved in location activity.
