									Current State….
     There’s a Need for Change
• Team Training System is misunderstood and under-
utilized – it’s not getting used properly.
• We’re not leveraging current resources to their
  maximum potential (CRT’s & CFT’s)
• OER & EcoSure visits reflect lack of knowledge and
  execution of the basics
• SOS and Turnover are on-going issues and need a
boost – both have “hit a brick wall.”
• Lackluster RTT passing scores
• We have a great opportunity to drive restaurant
performance - have some fun doing it!
Re-Charged!
                   Objectives
• Improve Team Member Training and use of
  RightTRACK Training in every restaurant
• Improve Pass rates (1st time) of Foundations Testing
• Reinforce the need for well-trained teams
• Improve Retention/Reduce Turnover
• Improve Sales, Traffic and Profits
• Reward and Recognition performance
• Celebrate Success
• Have some fun!
It’s a Back to the Basics Approach!
Multi-Unit Manager Follow-up and Coaching
are Critical to the Success of this Program!
