2008 Credit Union Directory - Profitstars For the past 23 years, Callahan & Associates has produced Credit Union Directory. Among its many uses, the Directory is most well-known for its detailed information regarding credit union contact numbers, addresses, and credit union executives. The Directory slices and dices contact information for the over 8,000 credit unions by state, city, name and contacts. Callahan verifies with all credit unions twice and year and scrubs this contact data with that of the NCUA to ensure our data is the most up-to-date in the industry. Credit unions themselves will also contact Callahan to announce various contact changes for up to update. In addition to the detailed contact information, this resource extends to industry-wide data analysis. Callahan highlights credit union industry performance in a variety of topics. In addition to our industry analysts’ research, we also include leader tables in each topic that highlight the top 50 performing credit unions in these various topic areas. For the 2007 Directory, we have roughly 4,000 traditional Directories in distribution and an additional 1,500 Annual Reports we produced for various conferences this year. One particular supplier used the Annual Report as their one stop shop resource for their conference attendees. Our typical credit union readership for the Directory includes credit union C-level Executives: AVPs, CEOs, EVPs, Presidents, Marketing Managers, CFOs, COOs, Department Managers, and SVPs. I spoke to one $1B+ credit union a few weeks back and their COO stated that he pulls out the Directory every year in his credit union’s strategy time for information on where they should focus their energies, including which vendors to contact for various initiatives. Two years ago we created our Credit Union Directory Online as a way to provide 24 hour/up-to-date information on all changes for credit unions.
