RENTAL RATE A rental week, 7 consecutive days, billed as 3 rental days. Two rental weeks, 14 consecutive days, billed as 6 rental days. Three rental weeks, 21 consecutive days, billed as 8 rental days. A rental month, 4 consecutive weeks, billed as 9 rental days. TERMS AND CONDITIONS In order to rent from Pro Video Solutions, hereinafter called PVS, you must have an account established or have a major credit card and a valid Florida Driver’s license. A Major credit card will be used as a security deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or cash for security deposit. All orders are on a COD basis unless terms are approved by the PVS credit department. Purchase order numbers will be issued for all clients with approved credit. All equipment must be insured when the equipment leaves PVS. All clients providing their own insurance must make PVS “Certificate Holder”, “Loss Payee” and “Additionally Insured”. In the event that you do not have your own equipment insurance policy, PVS can provide you a rented or leased equipment damage waiver for 10% of the total invoice amount. (Domestic U.S. Coverage only) A $2,000 deductible will apply if accepting this insurance offer. negligence, misuse or specifically water damage, flood or earthquake. A rental day consists of a 4:00pm pick-up the day prior to and a 10:00am return the day after the rental unless previous arrangements have been made with PVS. Any equipment not returned by 10:00am will be subject to an additional rental day at PVS’ discretion. Any equipment returned as incomplete will be charged as rental until the order is complete. Any missing items will be given a 24-hour grace period. After the expired period, the client will be charged replacement cost in addition to any loss of rental wages.
