SYNCOR INTERNATIONAL, Woodland Hill, CA 1998 – Present MANAGER IT OPERATION Oversee all actions and operations of Security, Infrastructure, and Back Office groups, including oversight of corporate Internet, administration of $4.6 million budget, and management of special projects involving information technology and corporate communications systems. Supervise team of 16 at sites in California and Georgia. Developed, recommended, and implemented corporate-wide security policies and procedures. Selected and installed firewalls, established remote dial-up system for employee use. Introduced redundancies for main network and backup system in Atlanta. Built corporate email system from one server to 14. Planned, designed, and directed installation of corporate LAN and WAN systems, linking over 325 sites and supporting 4,800 users.
