Taxonomy of Legal Fronts

The following is a taxonomy of the fronts that I am currently addressing or have obtained legal
representation:

REMEDY AND PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

I. Abusive Members of Family

a. A protective order and injunctive order has been filed against my abusive father. This lasts for
one year.

b. Cease and desist letters are being sent out to additional abusive family members to notify
them that I am formally separating from them and they are not to communicate with me or
impede my commercial, educational, or social efforts. If they seek to do so or further slander or
libel me to third parties there may be additional litigation necessary (protective order, intent to
cause emotional ditress, defamation).

c. Awareness letters are being sent out to the remaining family members and family friends
making them aware of the situation and my willingness to stay in contact with them.

II. Violation of Rights and Retaliation - Texas A&M University

a. Sent letter of representation documenting the events that occurred, the University's reponse,
a retaliatory hold placed on my account, and economic damages that occurred due to the
retaliation. My lawyer has noted that there is a case here already and has prepared a different
legal actions that can be taken to seek remedy. At this time, I have decided to hold on filing the
lawsuit. Further actions taken to complicate my completion of my graduate education at Texas
A&M University (Master of Science in Finance expected December 2012) may result in
additional litigation. I have attached the letters that my lawyer has sent to the University.

b. Complaint filed with the US Dept of Education Office for Civil rights. The complaint included
the actions taken by the University to remove me after my father began stalking me as well as
the retaliatory hold placed on my account. Since then, the complaint has been amended to
include additional bases of discrimination (Race and Gender).

III. Violation of HIPAA - Dr. Mahesh Dave

a. When my father began stalking me, he contacted Dr. Dave. Dr. Dave then called me notifying
me that a man claiming to be my father had asked for and shared information. Dr. Dave then
expressed to me that he had shared information with this individual. Since this time I have
procured legal representation in addition to sending a letter documenting the violation as well as
breaking the client/physician relationship.

b. Additionally, I have filed a complaint with the US Dept of Health and Human Services OCR to
document the violation of HIPAA. A case investigator is currently being assigned.

IV. Investment Fraud - Jim Graca

a. A demand letter has been sent to Jim Graca documenting the has defrauded me out of
money and demanding that he repay the entire sum plus interest. Another demand letter is
being drafted

b. The FBI has decided to upon up an investigation on this individual due to my research and
case that I constructed.

c. A letter is being sent from my lawyer to the US Securities Department describing the case.
My attorney is confident that the department will address the matter.

V. Threats and Unwanted Contact - Church of College Station
a. After formally leaving the Church of College Station after I became aware of their status, I
received threats over the phone by a lead member of the Church. After this, I referred this
matter to the University as well as additional legal bodies to make them aware that this
organization is recruiting on campus. After requesting that the Church not contact me again, I
still receive unwanted messages from them. I am in the process of obtaining legal
representation to send them a letter as well as referring them to the proper authorities.

CURRENT STATUS AND FUTURE PLANS

As you may know, I am a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I
obtained my BBA in Management (3.87) and Texas A&M University, where I received an MBA
from the Mays Business School. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Finance and sit
for the LSAT in December of this year. I plan on attending law school in the Fall on 2012.

As you may also know, I am the co-founder of the AltQuest Group, a cross-border boutique
M&A shop focused exclusively on the emerging markets.
