					This document allows a photographer to grant all the rights in his or her photograph to
another person or entity. As drafted, the seller agrees to help the purchaser file for
copyright registration and further warrants that the photograph has not been published.
This document is intended to provide standard terms and can be modified to reflect the
intent of the drafting parties. This document should be used by photographers wishing
to sell rights to certain photographs or individuals or companies seeking to buy
photographs.
       ASSIGNMENT OF ALL RIGHTS TO PHOTOGRAPHS
        For good and valuable consideration received and paid in hand, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, sole creator and owner of the
photographs described herein (“Photograph Owner”), hereby agrees as follows:

1.     I hereby sell, convey and assign all right, title, and interest in and to the photograph(s)
       taken by me, which are described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto (the “Photographs”) to
       ______________________ (“Purchaser”). The rights that are transferred and assigned
       hereunder shall include all of the exclusive rights granted to the owner of a copyright
       under the U.S. Copyright Laws, copyright laws of any and all countries and jurisdictions
       throughout the world, and all international conventions and treaties relative to copyright
       protection.

2.     Upon execution of this Assignment, I am transferring and delivering to Purchaser all
       existing developed copies, digital copies, and negative copies of the Photographs and
       represent and warrant that I have retained no additional copies in my possession.

3.     I represent and warrant that I am the creator and sole owner of the Photographs referred
       to herein, and that no other party has any rights in or to these Photographs. I agree to
       execute any further documents and take any further reasonable actions requested by
       Purchaser to convey all rights in and to the Photographs and to assist Purchaser in
       registering the copyright in and to such Photographs with the U.S. Patent and Trademark
       Office.

4.     I represent and warrant that the Photographs have not been published, as that term is
       defined in the U.S. Copyright Act.
