• Speaking is a productive skill in oral
  mode
• It is a skill for communication for
  interactive, partially interactive or
  non interactive
• This skill can be developed and
  refined by applying appropriate
  strategies
             Purpose:

• To improve 2nd language competency
  for academic purposes
• To establish 2nd language proficiency
  for communication
• To enrich affective domain which
  boosts effective learning
