Wireless Internet access for a bookmobile that provides service to the counties of Carlton, Itasca, Koochiching, and St. Louis. With up to 1 MB of Bandwidth.

*Sites indicated "Seeking Proposal" require a bandwidth solution equivalent to current indicated; include quotes for higher bandwidth tiers if available. For sites indicated "Under contract", quotes for higher bandwidth tier options are invited. Circuits must be full-time QOS monitored, deliver traffic specific to our IP range directly into our internal LAN instead of over the Internet, and provide full access to all functions of our Horizon, web, and email servers, including full stability with ongoing multiple telnet connections. We are also seeking proposals to provide wireless Internet access to our Bookmobile that would produce reliable connections to the ALS HQ servers from the majority of its stops throughout the indicated four county area, specifically with the ability to function normally with our ILS product Horizon which requires a stable always-on telnet connection. Quotes should include and itemize one-time installation and equipment charges (all necessary equipment must be supplied, owned, and maintained by the provider), recurring monthly charges, and support/maintenance. ALS will consider multi-year contract arrangements if the cost savings are significant.
Interactive Television
We are seeking proposals for QOS digital transmission services able to gateway multiple site ITV connections primarily within the state. Provide proposals for pay by use and unlimited monthly.
