                                          AWARDED SNAP-ON TOOL BOX

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL – December 6, 2004 – Adam Grant, owner of Xtreme Collision Center,
LLC in Morrisville, Vermont, was the winner of the Snap-on toolbox presented by I-CAR, ASE,
I-CAR Education Foundation, and NATEF during NACE 2004. Grant qualified for the toolbox by
visiting all four co-sponsoring booths during the exposition and by being I-CAR trained as well
as ASE-certified. His name was randomly selected in a drawing on Saturday at NACE.

“Snap-on has always had a strong commitment to ASE, I-CAR and the advancement of the au-
tomotive collision profession,” said Chris Pfaus, vice president of marketing for Snap-on Tools.
“The Snap-on tool storage unit donation is our way of thanking these four organizations for their
loyalty to our common goal of organized industry training, education and certification.”

“We thank Snap-on for donating the toolbox for this special promotion at NACE, and congratu-
late Adam as our winner,” said Ron Weiner, ASE president. “This cooperation between our four
organizations has been a great way to spotlight the value that training, education, and certifica-
tion brings to the collision industry.”

I-CAR Executive Vice President and CEO Tom McGee said, “We would like to congratulate
Adam not only on his winning of the Snap-on toolbox, but also for his recognition of the impor-
tance of training, education, and certification in today’s collision industry. Snap-on also deserves
our appreciation for their participation in this program and allowing us to recognize individual’s
commitment to excellence in collision repair.”
