Kick off your festive season with a great night out at Discovery Point, Dundee. Get your Christmas celebrations started at
Dundee’s unique venue.

Christmas party nights offer you and your guests an evening of fabulous food, fun and laughter – and who knows you
may even get the chance to dance with Santa!

                                     ‘Christmas Party nights’ are available on:

                                         £35.00 including VAT per person

                                   This year we also have the option to ‘Just Party’ on:

                                             £25.00 including VAT per person

Your festive fun begins with a drinks reception followed by a 3-course carvery dinner served in Discovery Point. After
dinner there will be entertainment provided so you can dance the night away!




The itinerary for the evening will be:

From 7.00pm      Guests arrive at Discovery Point and are welcomed with a drinks reception in the lower
                 reception area.

From 7.30pm      Christmas carvery will be served in the function suite at Discovery Point – *Christmas Party Nights
                 Christmas Finger buffet will be served in upper foyer area – **Just Party Nights

8.45pm           Entertainment – fun and dancing

1.00am           Guests depart – Haste Ye Back!

*The Christmas Party Night package includes complimentary drinks reception with canapés, 3-course self-service
carvery with coffee and mince pies, crackers, hats and DJ and Disco up to 1am.

**The Just Party Night package includes complimentary drinks reception with canapés, Christmas Finger Buffet, DJ and
Disco up to 1am.

      Winter vegetable soup with warm crusty bread (v)

      Tian of citrus roasted salmon with balsamic syrup

                  Trio of melon cocktail (v)




      Braised scottish lamb shanks with rosemary mash

       Breast of perthshire turkey and all the trimmings

    Cracked pepper and honey roasted tenderloin of pork
          with a magners cider and apple sauce

               Warm brie and cranberry tart (v)

All served with roasted potatoes and a winter vegetable medley

Terms and Conditions

Table and Seating Plans
Round tables seating 8. Larger groups will be seated on more than one table. Smaller parties may be
combined with other parties.

Confirmation of Booking
Please complete, sign and return a booking form to us within 7 working days of making a provisional booking
along with a deposit of £10.00 per person. Please be aware that this is a non refundable deposit. Non-
payment will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Final numbers should be notified at least 7 working days prior to your party. Deposits paid for non arrivals are
forfeit and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks and entertainment for other members of your party

Final Payment
Full payment of the balance is due 4 weeks prior to your booked night. Any bookings made less than 6 weeks
prior to the party night will require full payment as a deposit.

Cancellation/change of numbers
If you cancel or postpone a confirmed booking we will make every effort to re-sell the facilities to a third party
for the same dates on no less favourable terms on your behalf, however, if we are unable to re-sell the
facilities cancellation charges will apply per the under noted scale.

If the contract is terminated within the following time periods in advance of the first date of the event, you will
be required to pay the following percentage of the total anticipated charges as set out in the Function Contact.
