                                                 Introduction
Welcome to the Professional Courier, Inc. Client Portal. Within this system you may place and track your delivery
orders in real-time, all without picking up the phone. Please note, while this site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week for tracking and account maintenance, orders are restricted to between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm,
Monday through Friday. If you have delivery needs outside these hours, please call us at 804.527.0003 or
800.332.4003.

Accessing the Client Portal

To access the portal, navigate your
web            browser           to
www.professionalcourier.net     and
choose Client Portal from the menu.
The screen to the right will appear
as a pop-up window.

Enter your User ID and Password
and click Login.      Once you’ve
changed your password from the
temporary one provided by PCI,
you may save your login
information by clicking on the
check box at your next log in.




Once logged in, you will see the
screen to the right.

Viewing and Updating Your Profile

In the My Profile section, you can
update your contact information,
change your account password and
personalize the New Order screen.

If you frequently select the same
options (such as service type,
vehicle type, or pickup and delivery
address), the Preferences section
will allow you to set defaults that
will automatically fill the related
fields on the New Order screen.
When you need to select different
items, you will be able to overwrite
the fields in the New Order screen.

The pickup and delivery address
lists are populated using locations
from the account’s Address Book,
which is discussed later.


The User Information section
includes your contact information.
The fields marked with an * are
required so that we may contact you
if we have any questions about your
order.

This information is relevant to your
user account only. Any changes to
the master account, such as your
company’s physical or billing
address, must be handled by a PCI
representative at 804.527.0003 or
800.332.4003.

The Login Information section allows
you to change your password.

Please Note: We ask that if you
would like for another person to place
orders on your account, please use the
Admin section to create a new user
rather than share your password.
Should we have a question regarding
an order, we will need to have the
correct contact person listed on the
order so that we may resolve the issue
for you as quickly as possible.

Viewing and Updating Your References

For those clients that use reference
names or numbers to track expenses
on your invoice, you may type the
reference on each order or, if you
have references that will be used
frequently, enter them in the
References section and then select
one from a list on the New Order
screen.

To add a new reference, you select
“add new reference”, which will
bring up the Update Reference page
below, enter your data, and press
Save.

Please Note:     References are
shared among all users on your
account.

Viewing and Updating Your Address Book

The Address Book section is where
all of your pickup and delivery
locations are stored. This data can
be populated in two ways: 1) by
entering the addresses manually in
this section, or 2) by completing an
order, any new addresses will be
added to the address book.

Please Note: The Address Book is
shared among all users on your
account and additional entries may
be made by PCI representatives
when we take telephone orders.




When creating or editing an Address
Book entry, you may enter
instructions specific to that location,
such as “Deliver to rear dock” or
“Entry Code is 1-2-3-4-5.” These
instructions may be overwritten in
the New Order screen.

The Type field tells the system
whether this address should appear
as a pickup or delivery location in
the New Order screen. If a location
serves as both types of address, you
may click Shared Pickup/Delivery.
You may also designate an address
to be your account’s default pickup
or default delivery location address.
These default addresses will be
overridden by any user-level default
address you or your coworkers set
up in the My Profile section.

Placing an Order

In the New Order screen, you may
fill in all of the relevant information
on your delivery. Items marked
with an * are required to complete
the order.

In the example to the right, we have
utilized the default pickup feature,
among others. To edit the default,
press “edit.” To clear the field and
start with a blank pickup, press
“clear.” If you would like to reverse
the pickup and delivery locations
press "switch.”

Once you have completed all the
necessary fields, press Continue and
you will get the prompt seen on the
screen below.

Upon pressing “OK”, the Order
Properties screen will confirm that
your order has been submitted and
will provide you the Order Tracking
ID.

You may print a shipping label to
accompany the package by pressing
the Print Single Label button. The
screen below will pop up and a print
dialogue will also automatically
appear.

Tracking an Order

The Tracking section provides many
options when searching for orders,
including by individual Order
Tracking IDs, References, Date
Ranges, and Caller, among others.

Once you have completed your
search, you will be able to click on
the Order Tracking ID and view the
Order Properties as shown below.




The Order Properties screen will
provide you with all the details of
the order and will update in real
time as the shipment progresses to
its destination. Once the delivery
has been completed, you will be able
to view the Proof of Delivery
information       including      the
consignee’s name and the time at
which it was delivered.

Administrative Features

In the Admin section, authorized administrators may update user information and security settings and add new
user accounts. Also, in the Reports section, authorized administrators may view past invoices and a current account
statement.

To update a current user, you may
click on the user’s name and fields
will appear under the list as shown
below. These fields are similar to
the User Information section
discussed        earlier,   however
administrators may also change the
user ID, password and security
settings of the user.

To add a new user, simply go to the
Add New User tab and you will find
the same fields as above.




To view an invoice that has already
been prepared by PCI, go to the
Reports section and highlight the
invoice that you would like to view.
You may view the invoice as a web
page or download it to your PC as
an Adobe PDF file.

account statement, you will go to
the Account Info tab.
