LEGAL FORMS IN NEVADA Currently the State of Nevada has not established standardized court forms. However, several Nevada and Clark County Courts have created a variety of forms that are available online. It is always wise to check the court in which the documents will be filed for forms and information. Links to forms in various courts can be found on the Clark County Law Library’s Legal Forms page at www.accessclarkcounty.com/law_library. The United States District Court-District of Nevada forms and local rules can be located at www.nvd.uscourts.gov/Forms.aspx. If a suitable form is not available on the Internet, you may have to create a form using a sample, an outline or instructions from a variety of resources. The library staff can recommend resources that may be useful, but cannot choose or comment on forms, samples, or information.
