DIVIDEND DECLARATION Sagicor Financial Corporation: Directors have declared a final dividend of two (2) US cents per share to be paid on October 15th, 2009 to shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders on record at close of business on September 15th, 2009. ANSA McAL (Barbados) Limited: Directors have declared an interim dividend of six (6) cents per share to be paid on October 23rd, 2009 to shareholders on record at close of business on October 1st, 2009.
TRADING SUSPENSION Effective August 19th 2009, at the request of Sunbeach Communications Inc., the Board of Directors of the Barbados Stock Exchange (BSE) has approved the immediate suspension in trading in the shares of Sunbeach Communications Inc. to facilitate the corporate reorganization of the company. Resumption in trading in the shares of Sunbeach Communications Inc. will occur once the reorganization process is completed to the satisfaction of the BSE.
